I have been married to Patty Bays for 39 years, we have 2 childred Brian Keith and Christina Marie .We have three Grandchild Drake, Emmalynn, and Parker . I retired from the Army after 20 years and currenty work on the WV Parkways as the Information Technology, Communications and Security Administrator.
